Beyond the fun and excitement that being part of this festival comes with, TET gives us the opportunity and freedom to express ourselves to the community in ways we wouldn’t be able to on our own.
The chance we’ve been given this year is particularly refreshing.
Presenting Minus Twelve - TET Festival's first volunteer lead dessert stall, fully organised and staffed by our committee members.
Minus Twelve is a bingsu inspired stall with all desserts and stall design built up from the ground just for this festival.
We’ve done rigorous product development in order to get three flavours and toppings right to the point where we’re proud to present them to you.
Lychee Watermelon, Taro and Mango.
Our shaved ice is made using a Fujimarca manual ice shaver imported from Japan with a bingsu inspired formula using a variety of local and internationally sourced ingredients and some of your favourite toppings like popping pearls, fruit jelly and whipped cream!
We want to encapsulate the relaxing and chill summer vibes that we come to love whenever this time of year arrives and what better pairing is there with summer than shaved ice.
So come ... join us for some dessert! :)
